These are hands on, instructional rides. All riders are given a short lesson on control and response of their horse before the ride starts. During the ride ,we will offer tips and hints on controlling your horse and to make your ride more enjoyable. Rides can be customized depending on experience, group size and availability. Our hourly rides are offered year round and can be scheduled in advance. Half day rides have to be booked in advance. There is a minimum & maximum number of people that can go on the Overnight Rides. Due to the nature of these rides, there is an age limit. Guests of the Dixie Dude Ranch must be 10 years of age or older for the Adventure rides. Public Horseback & Lesson Riders must be 8 years of age or older.
